A very simple movement to ease and smooth your breath

Recently one of my student asked" July, I noticed how shallow my breath is in daily life,but every time I tired to balance it with deep breathing, I can't stop but append up the inhalation and exhalation...how can I in proof it?"

最近有同學開使察覺到自己日常生活中的呼吸狀況,因而問:「我一發現自己呼吸很淺,就急著作深呼吸平衡,但連作幾次都好急促,怎麼辦?」其實開使察覺日常生活中的自己是件好事,無法立刻用和緩的深呼吸調節也屬正常,但下面還是分享一個可以提醒自己放慢深呼吸速度的律動:(坐著站著皆可)
