Knowing

First getting to know our limbs and bodies more, and knowing our feelings more, then we finally realized what "knowing" is about. That is what I call layers of transition happens on yoga mat. If after following another yogis for years and you still have problem to get to know your body, visit some other teachers' course and see the difference with the eye of your mind.

I believe yoga is an art of life, when ride he ave of self transition we each different level of lives and take the resource universe offers to fulfill out missions. But how to know the transition is happening?
It starts from slowly down to observe....a bit like pull gears all in a sudden when racing, we slowly down the pace in daily life and take deep breath and take a look around. And then we take another deep breath in and out, and allow the eyes of mind to open...allow our heart to see and feel. "What is around?" ," how does it influence me?" Instead of Thinking we Feel.
It is a practice the more we do, the easier it becomes part of our life...ad then transition starts :).  To put al l those in a trendy word ....Mindfulness .
