Recently one of my student asked" July, I noticed how shallow my breath is in daily life,but every time I tired to balance it with deep breathing, I can't stop but append up the inhalation and exhalation...how can I in proof it?"
Actually same situation happens to me as well, especially after working in front of my Notebook. Bellow is a simple movement to improve it:
1. Inhale exhale , palms touch each other in front of the chest, namaste.
2. Inhale, arms raising up and look into the hands.
3. Exhale , hands open up and draw a circle alone your body.hands land around the hip when finishing exhalation.
4. Inhale, hands back to the chest.
5. Exhale, plans touch each other,namaste
Repeat the movement few times to slow down the breathing speed and to open up the chest,to release tension around he shoulder and upper back.
